Terms and Conditions

The service

  • NIVARQ hosts the software. You rent a workspace, not a licence to the code.
  • Products are sold standalone, per workspace, per month: Staff, Stock, Finance, Client, Fleet, plus the composed verticals Real Estate and Lodge.
  • Each product is sold on a pack — Core, Pro or Max — which sets seats, fields, locations and integrations. Pack details are shown on Pricing before you buy.

Trial and billing

  • Trial is 14 days. A card is not required on day 0.
  • Billing runs on PayFast. A mandate is required to keep the workspace after day 15.
  • Buying more than one product gets a stack discount: 10% off the cheaper product at two, 15% off the stack at three or more.
  • Hitting a plan limit shows an upgrade screen. We do not silently cut off or truncate your data.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the responsible party for staff, field users and confirm-link recipients you invite into your workspace.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data your team enters, and for keeping login access to your workspace secure.
  • A country addendum is in place before a paid workspace opens in a new country.

AI features

  • NIVARQ's in-app assistant (Help) answers questions and opens support tickets. It does not write to your records.
  • Where a plan includes AI-assisted drafting (Draft, Pro and above), the assistant prepares a draft only. Nothing is written to your ledger, roster, invoice or client record until a person on your team explicitly confirms it.
  • The assistant cannot publish a roster, accept a mandate, mark an invoice paid, override a scheduling clash, or delete a client record. Those actions are always a human action in the product.

What we do not claim

  • NIVARQ does not claim compliance with BCEA, PPRA, FICA or RTMS in the product. Where the product supports a workflow related to these (for example labour rules, an FFC checklist, or a POPIA consent field), that is a tool to help your process — not a compliance guarantee. Get your own legal advice on your regulatory obligations.
  • NIVARQ does not process payroll, bank reconciliation, SARS eFiling, or provide GPS hardware.
